North Carolina is home, and Nicole adores North Carolina’s friendly  communities, breathtaking natural beauty, vibrant culture, and unique  treasures like Loggerhead Sea Turtles, the Outer Banks, Bluegrass music,  The Biltmore, and Cheerwine. When she’s not helping  clients, she spends her free time snorkeling, hiking, traveling,  playing board games, or hanging out at home with her family and  Xoloitzcuintle dog, Nico.  

Nicole’s career is rooted in service. Before entering real estate, she  spent 15 years in social services, as a case manager for people with  Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, families working to reunify  through Child Welfare, and a subsidized housing  program serving people living with HIV. Nicole conducted HUD-compliant  home inspections while working for subsidized housing, this is a  valuable and rare skill she brings with her to real estate.  Additionally, her background has equipped her with exceptional  skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, and meticulous contract  management. Fluent in American Sign Language and Spanish, Nicole  prioritizes inclusivity, ensuring her services are accessible to clients  from all walks of life.

Since founding Guided Path Realty, Nicole has redefined what it means to  hire a real estate agent. Her focus on providing personalized service  tailored to each client’s goals has made her a trusted partner for those  seeking first homes, investments, or dream  homes. She averages over 20 successful transactions annually; each one  is unique and equally important.
